7/11/08 - This month's Special Roast is an ultra smooth Sumatra from Gayo Mountain. It is a high altitude coffee grown from 3,200 to 6,000 feet in elevation. It has a full body, a slightly nutty, earthy flavor and a sweet finish. We roast it to a dark roast to highlight the flavors. It's a personal favorite of mine and will not last long!
