Mark Ritz
Mark Ritz, General Manager and Roaster, has an extensive background spanning over 30 years in the outdoor industry in retail, wholesale and product management. An active cyclist with background in racing and touring, he has participated in the Kinetic Sculpture Race Circuit for the past seven years, winning two Overall Speed awards and one Grand Championship, among other awards. He is also a two-time State Champion in track racing and a caffeine addict, which gave him an incurable passion for gourmet coffees.
